American Brick Saw Company, Inc. has taken the information voiced by brick & masonry users & created the Americutter-14 Brick & Americutter-20 Block saws. Dealer & Distributor inquires welcomed. Direct drive results in more usable horsepower to the cutting blade, providing a faster cutting cycle with more cuts per man-hour guaranteed. The sealed maintenance free arbor shaft bearings mean no greasing is ever necessary. Belt adjustment & replacement are simple & fast. Blade to saw table alignment is set at the factory & never needs adjustment, which eliminates alignment problems. Stationary blade allows for greater control & minimizes potential accidents. Wet (wet kit included on all saws) or dry cutting. Simply stated, less moving parts means less can go wrong with your brick or block saw. The entire chassis is heavy gauge "full welded" steel that is "rental tuff". All saws are fitted with Honda (gasoline powered) or Baldor (electric powered) engines. Quality parts that make up a quality product. All saws are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee & a one-year warranty. The feed table has the ability for modification by removing the guard and allowing larger dimensional materials to be cut. The Brick saw has a regular capacity for bricks, pavers, and architectural stone materials of 18" wide by 20" long by 5" high / thick. The Block saw has similar abilities, with a regular capacity for bricks, pavers, and architectural stone materials of 22" wide by 26" long by 8" high / thick. Americutter-14 Brick saws use 14" diamond blades with a 1" arbor. Diamond blades that are less than 14" diameter will not work properly, as the overall diameter must meet or exceed 14" to insure a complete and thorough cut. Americutter-20 Block saws use 20" diamond blades with a 1" arbor. Diamond blades that are less than 20" diameter will not work properly, as the overall diameter must meet or exceed 20" to insure a complete and thorough cut.
